If you wish to exchange an item, please send a WhatsApp message to our customer service team at +91 9313310646 within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests made on any other platform will not be accepted.

Hygiene and Quality Standards

To maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, every returned item will undergo a thorough quality check by the Hustlerr team. Based on this assessment, the exchange request may be approved or declined.

Your exchange request may be declined if:

The item has been used.

The item is damaged upon return.

Shipping for Exchanges

Our delivery partner will collect the package from your doorstep. Please ensure the item is packed properly to avoid damage during transit.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be borne by Hustlerr in the following cases:

Manufacturing Defect: If the item has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Size Issue: If the size delivered does not match Hustlerr’s size chart. Our team may request fitting photos to verify the issue.

For all other reasons, customers will be responsible for the shipping charges for returning items for exchange.

Processing Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item, the exchange process will begin. This may take 7–10 business days to complete.

Received a Defective Product?

If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please send us images on WhatsApp at +91 9313310646 . Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Exchange Limitations

Each item can be exchanged only once for size.

Size availability cannot be guaranteed. If the requested size is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

Store Credit Details

Store credit will be issued when the desired exchange size is unavailable.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

If a return is approved, the refund will be issued only in the form of store credit.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDCancellation

Orders can be cancelled only until the end of the day on which the order was placed.After that, cancellations will not be possible.
